Chris Bryson is the Founder & CEO of New School Foods, a Toronto-based food tech company that makes whole cut seafood from plants, and is one of the 30 Semifinalist companies in the XPRIZE's Feed the Next Billion competition. Chris was formerly the Founder and CEO of Unata, a Toronto-based eCommerce platform provider that was acquired by Instacart in 2018, shortly after it was recognized as the 52nd Fastest Growing Tech Company in North America. Chris is also an angel investor and startup mentor focused exclusively on alt-protein, and a proud member of the Founder’s Pledge.
